Take the lead in managing and containing infection outbreaks, coordinating prompt response actions across departments.

Perform routine audits to assess adherence to infection control procedures, identifying risks and recommending corrective actions.

Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor infection prevention and control policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards
Conduct regular surveillance of healthcare-associated infections and report findings to relevant committees
Lead outbreak investigations and coordinate containment measures when cases arise
Provide training and education to staff on infection control practices, hand hygiene, and use of personal protective equipment
Audit compliance with infection control measures and recommend improvements to address gaps
Advise on infection control considerations during procurement, renovation, and facility planning
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure best practices in environmental hygiene and waste management
Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including MOH inspections
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Nursing and registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
5 years of clinical nursing experience
Strong knowledge of infection prevention standards, MOH guidelines, and audit processes
Excellent communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills to influence practice across teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to respond effectively during outbreaks

- Manage project sales cycle from sales funnel building to completion of installation with close collaboration from service and project team.
- Promote the use of Infection Control Equipment & Consumables through workshops, congress, forum, roadshows, and other promotional activities.
- Establsh & develop rapport with KOL in respective business areas.
- Assist in preparing sales cost sheet, quotation, tender documents and support technical discussions/negotiations.
- Collaborate with different functional teams internally to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
- Keep abreast with the industry trends and regulations affecting CSSD operations and equipment.

Requirements
