• LINUX skill is a MUST have

Make an Impact by:
Responsible driving overall revenue targets for IOT Connected Cars and Solutions.
Develop eco-system support from key MNO partners, alliances and new partnerships to grow the business and develop the solutions for customers.

Skills for Success:
Minimum 5 years of experience in IOT and/or Automotive business.

• Perform maintenance duties of project assets on a bi-weekly basis to ensure readiness
• Upkeep inventory to ensure readiness for deployment
• Fabricate and procure hardware for project needs

Field Testing

• Support project for field trials, demo and deployment
• Perform hardware and software testing following processes
• Follow deployment processes to support end-user needs

Collaboration & Documentation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including cloud/backend, firmware, and mechanical engineers
• Document processes, maintenance logs, manuals, configurations and others

Education

Experience

• Hands-on experience with electronics and embedded fabrication using tools such as soldering iron and crimpers

As a Field Application Engineer / Technical Support Engineer, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional technical support and guidance, including:

• Customer Support Management: Organize and lead customer support initiatives, focusing on swift design-in processes and optimal satisfaction.
