The Right Profile
We are looking for an investment strategist who doesn’t just understand the markets — but knows how to translate that understanding into clear, compelling, and timely insights that matter to everyday investors. This is not your typical strategy role. We're seeking a hybrid thinker, someone who lives at the intersection of macro strategy, data-driven content creation, and client-centric storytelling. Someone who gets excited by market-moving headlines and can turn them into sharp, digestible perspectives before the news cycle moves on. While it’s not necessary to already have deep knowledge of finance, you should have a keen understanding and experience of investing, either personally or through prior professional experience. And the idea of helping everyday people wrangle their hardest money problems should excite you.

Key Responsibilities
Lead timely, relevant investment content:Drive thought leadership and macro strategy coverage across economic trends, asset classes, and market events. Leverage AI tools and automation to scale content production, ensuring Syfe delivers market insights when they matter most.
Simplify the complex:Translate sophisticated investment strategies into bite-sized, jargon-free content tailored for Syfe’s mass affluent, B2C audience - through blogs, infographics, videos, podcasts, and more.
Be the voice of Syfe:Represent Syfe as a trusted investment voice across media, webinars, and market commentary. Collaborate with the brand and marketing teams to build a distinct, coherent investment tone across all platforms.
Bridge insights and innovation:Serve as a core member of Syfe’s Investment Committee, integrating macro views, client insights, and market data to guide asset allocation, portfolio construction, and product innovation.
Partner with the best:Build strategic relationships with global asset managers and research providers. Curate their insights into Syfe’s platform to broaden our offering and drive thought leadership collaborations.
Drive investor education:Champion our mission of financial empowerment by creating evergreen and timely investor education content across personal finance, investing principles, and portfolio thinking.
Orchestrate flagship moments:Play a central role in curating Syfe’s annual Investment Symposium, from agenda-setting to speaker curation to content design.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in investment research, macro strategy, asset allocation, or portfolio advisory - ideally within a client-facing or content-driven setting.
Deep understanding of capital markets, economic cycles, and portfolio construction frameworks across both public and private market instruments.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong presence on camera and in front of a mic is a big plus.
Experience in building scalable content pipelines using AI tools (e.g. LLMs, automated summarisation, GPT-based content generation) is a strong advantage.
Creative thinker who can move quickly to seize content opportunities in a 24/7 news cycle.
A proven ability to simplify complex topics for a non-institutional audience.
Self-starter, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
A passion for investor education and a genuine interest in transforming how people engage with their wealth.
