What you'll do:

As an Investment Sales Associate, you will immerse yourself in a dynamic environment where your ability to manage multiple priorities will be essential. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close collaboration with the Sales Team as you coordinate their activities, generate insightful reports on sales performance, and maintain up-to-date records in the contact management system. You will be instrumental in responding swiftly to distributor inquiries while delivering outstanding post-sales support through timely provision of fund information and performance data. Additionally, you will play a key role in organising client-facing events such as roadshows by managing schedules for fund managers and wholesalers. Working alongside Operations, Marketing, and Compliance teams, you will help ensure smooth processes from operational troubleshooting to marketing material approval. Your success in this role will stem from your meticulous approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and genuine enthusiasm for supporting both clients and colleagues.

  • Coordinate daily activities for the Sales Team to ensure seamless execution of tasks and effective communication across departments.
  • Generate comprehensive daily and monthly sales reports that provide detailed breakdowns of sales performance within assigned territories.
  • Update and maintain the contact management system with accurate conversation notes to facilitate timely follow-up actions and relationship building.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to all incoming distributor inquiries, ensuring expedient resolution and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.
  • Deliver effective post-sales support by providing fund updates, manager commentaries, performance charts, and other relevant materials to clients.
  • Organise visits for fund managers and wholesalers with clients during roadshows, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently for successful events.
  • Liaise with local and regional Operations teams to address both immediate operational issues and longer-term process improvements.
  • Coordinate the review of marketing materials with Marketing and Compliance teams to secure necessary approvals prior to use in client communications.
  • Support ad-hoc projects as required by collaborating with colleagues across different functions within the organisation.
