  3. In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  6. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in Singapore.
  7. Proficient in relevant software and tools for financial analysis and portfolio management.
  8. Requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in the wealth management industry.

partner the Client Advisers to provide holistic and bespoke investment solutions on Capital Market products to priority clients
collaborate with our Chief Investment Office (CIO) and other investment advisory teams to pitch UBS' entire investment and trading capabilities
participate in client meetings in Singapore and on business trips regarding acquisition, review and retention of clients
Your team
You will be working as part of Wealth Management APAC in Advisory & Sales as an Investment Consultant based in Singapore. The Investment Consultant team is responsible to activate our larger clients by bringing them timely asset class targeted solutions. This equates to a co-coverage model between a Client Adviser and an Investment Consultant. The Investment Consultant will support the Client Adviser to ensure that UBS’ entire investment and trading capabilities are systematically provided to these priority clients. We are a dynamic, open minded and active team that enjoys working to provide best in class solutions for our clients.
Your expertise
At least 5 years of experience in sales, marketing or trading of Capital Markets services
Specialization in at least one asset class or product type, such as Equity, Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange, Structured Products, or Derivatives
Possess a strong drive, initiative, adaptable and be able to work independently in a stressful and demanding environment
Proven presentation skills in front of clients and Client Advisers, and strong understanding of the needs and sensitivities of clients (private individuals and families)
Sales and service oriented with excellent communication skills
An advanced degree in the area of finance. CFA certification is a plus
Fluent in English and business Mandarin, while other languages are a plus

Private Wealth Management (PWM)

Serve as the liaison for clients regarding inquiries and provides team support

Assist the teams with execution of trades (primarily in FX and Cash deposits)
Handle cash management, foreign exchange transactions, currency hedging and money markets trades

Assist on projects related to platform development and other infrastructure issues
Handle margin related requests and queries; liaise with various operations and technology teams for day to day support
Partner with operations on all account opening / maintenance matters, including various remediation efforts.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor degree
