About the role
At ServLink Technology Resources Pte Ltd, we have an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Control Assistant on a contract basis. Based in the Bukit Merah Central Region, this role is crucial in supporting our warehousing and distribution operations within IT industry. As an Inventory Control Assistant, you will play a key part in maintaining efficient inventory management and control systems to ensure our supply chain runs smoothly.
What you'll be doing
- Handle incoming and outgoing of computer spare parts daily which include updating of information to system and sorting of parts.
- Perform general logistics activities such as managing inventory control, including receiving, inspecting, and storing goods
- Check condition of part and add warranty sticker.
- Inspection of return parts, photo taking and Bookkeeping and maintaining the photos for future reference.
- Seek approval for Customer Induce Damaged parts.
- In charge of Parts Aging, ensuring parts are returned by engineer timely.
- Liaise with logistic partner for parts return collection.
- Monitor buffer parts request from admin/engineer team.
- Tracking of loaner units.
- Participate in stock take exercise from time to time.
- Prepare weekly reports.
- Assist with delivery of goods occasionally.
