Requirements

1. GCE 'O' Level, Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent qualification.
2. 2–3 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain environment.
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
4. Independent, resourceful, and proactive in decision-making.
5. Positive attitude, results-driven, and eager to learn.

• Gestire le comunicazioni con i clienti via telefono, email
• Monitorare gli ordini e le spedizioni per garantire la consegna nei tempi previsti
• Rispondere alle richieste dei clienti e risolvere eventuali problematiche
• Verifica degli allineamenti di stock
• Inserire ordini e aggiornare i dati nei sistemi aziendali
• Gestione dei resi, reclami e problematiche post-vendita
• Collaborazione interfunzionale per ottimizzare l'esperienza del cliente e risolvere problematiche interfunzionali
• Mantenere aggiornata la documentazione relativa alle spedizioni e ai clienti

Requisiti:

• Diploma di scuola superiore (Diploma/Laurea in ambito logistico costituisce un plus)
• Esperienza di almeno 1 anno in ruoli di customer service o logistica (preferibile)
• Buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici (Pacchetto Office, software di spedizione)
• Eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali e di proattività
• Orientamento al problem solving e al cliente
• Capacità di lavorare in team
• Conoscenza intermedia della lingua inglese (livello almeno B1)
• L'esperienza in ambito pharma e delle apparecchiature medicali costituisce un plus

Job Scope
