Key Responsibilities:

- Review historical inventory analysis to review and update minimum and re-order stock levels in agreement with the line manager.
- Submit Inventory item creation requests, new vendor requests and item maintenance requests.
- Work closely with the Lab, purchasing and all other depts as required on all stock related issues to include pricing updates, stock levels, delivery delays and any other Lab stock issues that arise.
- Prepare and log interlab shipments for other Q2 sites ordering stock as required and providing Logistics the details of the shipments along with any related documentation required.
- Review stock system for non-moving stock or expired stock and follow discard procedures.
- Manage, coach and train Inventory Control Associates within the department in accordance with organization’s policies and applicable regulations, ensuring they are trained as per the department training matrix.
- Closely monitor the returned kits procedure is being followed and take responsibility in ensuring all returned kits are logged and dealt with promptly.
- Ensure the Housekeeping within the warehouse area is always kept tidy and presentable while being responsible for ensuring all stock is stored and labelled correctly.
- Produce monthly metrics to measure department performance.
- Recruit staff members as required working with HR and recruitment
- Deputize for other staff members as and when required.
- Perform any other duties as required as directly by superiors.
- Follow and enforce department SOPs.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in any discipline.
- Good knowledge in using Excel & PowerBI to analyze data is a must
- 3-4 years relevant experience including 1 year in a leadership capacity and/or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Overview
The Supply Chain & Demand Planning Manager is a critical, hands-on role responsible for the end-to-end management of GVig's inventory flow. This individual will be the analytical engine of our operations, responsible for creating accurate demand forecasts and then managing the entire supply chain—including inventory, procurement, and logistics—to meet that demand. Key Responsibilities
Demand Planning & Forecasting:
- Develop Forecasts: Create and maintain accurate, SKU-level demand forecasts for all brands using statistical modeling, historical sales data, and market intelligence.
- Lead Demand Review: Lead the monthly Demand Review process as part of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle, collaborating closely with the Commercial (Sales & Brand) teams to incorporate their inputs on promotions, new product launches, and market trends.
- Analyze Performance: Track and analyze forecast accuracy KPIs. Conduct root cause analysis on significant variances and implement corrective actions to improve future forecasts.
- New Product Forecasting: Work with the Brand and Innovation teams to develop initial forecasts for new product launches.
Supply Chain & Inventory Management:
- Inventory Strategy: Translate the demand plan into a clear inventory strategy. Set and manage target stock levels (including safety stock) for both finished goods and raw materials to optimize availability while minimizing carrying costs.
- Supply Planning: Work directly with the production team to align the production schedule with the demand plan.
- Procurement: Oversee the procurement of raw materials and packaging components based on the production plan, ensuring timely delivery from suppliers.
- Logistics & Warehouse Oversight: Manage the relationship with our logistics partners and oversee warehouse operations. Ensure efficient receipt of goods, proper storage, and timely dispatch of orders to our international distributors.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement improvements in the planning and supply chain processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supply chain role, with at least 3 years focused specifically on demand planning or forecasting.
· Experience in the consumer goods (FMCG), beauty/skincare, or a related industry.
