We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented International Shipping Specialist to coordinate the movement of goods across borders.

  • Liaise with our network of franchisees and forwarders to ensure timely and cost-effective shipment coordination.
  • Work closely with our internal warehouse team to streamline pick and pack processes.
  • Provide guidance on shipping documents, including Certification of Origin, Form D, and Letter of Credit from a shipper's perspective.
  • Support cross-functional teams, including marketing, visual merchandise, and project departments, with shipping requirements.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' level or diploma in a related field, supplemented by 1 year of relevant work experience in international shipping.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with SAP is an asset.
