- Liaise with our network of franchisees and forwarders to ensure timely and cost-effective shipment coordination.
- Work closely with our internal warehouse team to streamline pick and pack processes.
- Provide guidance on shipping documents, including Certification of Origin, Form D, and Letter of Credit from a shipper's perspective.
- Support cross-functional teams, including marketing, visual merchandise, and project departments, with shipping requirements.

Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' level or diploma in a related field, supplemented by 1 year of relevant work experience in international shipping.
