What you will be working on

Your responsibilities include:

  • reviewing and drafting contracts to be concluded by BCA and any contractual disputes that may arise;

What the role is

LED is seeking a dynamic individual to join us in our journey to pioneer the transformation of legal operations and prosecution work using technology. What you will be working on

  • Work closely with a cross-functional AI development project team including data scientists and development engineers in an agile way, first to develop a database of infringement reports, evidence and the assessment of evidence which will be used to train the AI model, and later to develop and refine the product.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the AI system in assessing evidence and recommending a prosecutorial decision.
  • Assessing infringement reports to determine the appropriate enforcement actions and make charging decisions.
  • Conducting mentions and pre-trial conferences at the State Courts.
