Job Summary

The incumbent will be responsible for providing legal advice on all aspects of commercial, operational, and regulatory matters to the Management, supporting sound business decisions for various investment entities.

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, shareholding agreements, banking facility agreements, directors' resolutions, and other legal documentation as required.
