In this exciting internship opportunity, we are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Clients & Markets, Employee Experience Team.
As an intern, you will be supporting the team with various tasks including:
- Support the development and implementation of internal campaigns and communications strategies aligned with our firm's culture, values, and strategic priorities.
- Assist in planning and creating engaging, multimodal internal communications materials, including internal social network posts, newsletters, EDMs and other collateral for employee experience campaigns and internal events such as town halls.
- Collaborate with various teams, including business units, HR, and marketing, to drive employee communications and employer branding activities.
- Ensure consistency and alignment of employee experience communications with the broader scope of campaigns, events and initiatives
- Contribute to the positive culture and change initiatives within the organisation.
The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:
- Resourceful, well-organised, meticulous and good team player with a positive mindset, able to work collaboratively and build relationships across different teams and departments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your writing style to different topics and audiences. Able to conduct research, conceptualise ideas, and create compelling narratives.
- Demonstrates keen interest in learning and leveraging latest technology such as generative AI platforms and tools to uplift work productivity and quality.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Apps. Knowledge of digital content creation (e.g. Canva, videos) and proficiency in relevant software is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and a sense of urgency, with a proactive mindset and a willingness to take initiative.
