Provide production support and participate in implementation projects in Murex Datamart/ Interface Streams.
Develop expertise and participate in the build of Murex interface/ Reporting solutions.
Provide technical support to customers, ensuring successful follow up of issues from notification to resolution and validation.
Participation in implementation projects, delivery of interfaces, clearing systems, customers internal systems (e.g. core banking) and trade migrations.
Maintain good understanding and knowledge of the bestpractices.
Reporting issues and suggestion to the management.
Ensures customer satisfaction and follow-up on the interfacing related activities.
Requirements
Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Financial Engineering, Quantitative Finance, Banking, and Finance, or ICT or STEM disciplines.
Min 5 years of Murex Experience on Datamart and Interface.
Datamart - Reports Development, Batch of Feeders/ Extractions.
Hands-on experience with Murex MxML Exchange workflow.
Solid experience with Java (Apache Camel), Unix Shell Scripting, XML, SQL, etc.
Experience in build, configuration and testing of Reports/ Interface.
Excellent communication skills, able to handle multiple projects, priorities and manage business expectations.
Must be customer driven, have the ability to work within a team environment, and be focused on providing a high quality of service to the customer.
Strong and demonstrable problem solving/analytical skills.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently, as required.
