  • Process and issue policies and endorsements
  • Create, modify details and update clients' information in systems
  • Provide customer service to clients on the general policy enquiries
  • Check all policies and endorsements processed
  • Prepare cover letters to attach to policies for dispatch
  • Prepare draft policy clauses and endorsements
  • Ensure accuracy of renewal notices, claims statistics and summary of insurance for review

Requirements
