- Process and issue policies and endorsements
- Create, modify details and update clients' information in systems
- Provide customer service to clients on the general policy enquiries
- Check all policies and endorsements processed
- Prepare cover letters to attach to policies for dispatch
- Prepare draft policy clauses and endorsements
- Ensure accuracy of renewal notices, claims statistics and summary of insurance for review
- Sort renewal notices and extract policy files for renewals due, prepare claims statistics and summary of insurance

Requirements
