Job Description

Job Title: Insurance Support Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Insurance Support Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, printing, filing, and claims processing.

  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, documentation, printing, filing, and claims processing
  • Liaise with insurers to generate quotations
  • Follow up on any sent quotations to identify any renewals/review of policies
  • Attend to phone calls and email enquiries on matters of general insurance needs
  • Assist with any ad-hoc tasks assigned
Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Minimum ITE qualifications and above.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • 1 - 2 years of working experience.
  • General Insurance Certification (i.e. BCP, PGI, ComGI) is an added advantage. Candidate without experience is welcome to apply
  • Good reading and verbal communications skills in Mandarin to handle Chinese speaking clients on phone calls and email enquiries on matters pertaining to general insurance needs

  • Preparation of ad hoc reports on policy servicing matters if necessary
  • Support department Business Continuity Management activities and meet Compliance requirements for business continuity planning

  • Update, maintain and organise HNW Client Management Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
