• Collaborate with the Training Manager to develop and update training curriculum, including new modules and enhancements to existing ones.
• Prepare comprehensive training documentation, including plans, lesson scaffolds, detailed plans and assessments.
• Maintain curriculum quality and ensure it caters to different learning styles and audience needs.

• Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and pedagogical techniques.

· Identifying and evaluating learners' needs to develop content, storyboard and scripts alongside the Digital Media Specialist to be included in the XR environment.

· Utilise instructional design models (e.g. ADDIE, SAM) to ensure systematic development.

· Responsible for prototyping and testing XR-based learning solutions, iterating on feedback.

· Responsible for evaluating effectiveness of XR learning tools and recommend improvements.

· Collaborate with Software Designer and Digital Media Specialist to integrate educational elements effectively.

· Education Qualification:

o The candidate(s) should possess at least a Diploma in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education or equivalent.

· Competencies:

o Possess good knowledge of learning theories and adult learning principles to design appropriate XR content for airmen

o Knowledge on how to conduct training needs assessment and define learning objectives and subsequently align XR elements to learning objectives

o Possess good technical skills to design engaging and interactive scenarios to enhance learner engagement.

o Ability to design accessible and inclusive content for diverse learners.

o Ability to work with software engineers, designers and stakeholders to translate learning requirements into XR solutions

o Ability to work independently and efficiently, manage timelines and expectations, and produce high quality deliverables (documentation, presentations and research).

· Working Experience:

o Minimum three (3) years of instructional design experience.
