Roles & Responsibilities

1. Serve as the overall person-in-charge of all sanitary, plumbing, and sewerage works.
2. Oversee, assign, evaluate, and schedule tasks for workers, ensuring quality control, progress monitoring, and strict compliance with safety protocols.
3. Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan or understand the layout of plumbing, sanitary, and sewerage systems.
4. Coordinate and work closely with other construction professionals or contractors to ensure smooth execution of renovation or new construction projects.
5. Manage on-site personnel to ensure efficient operations and that all works are executed in line with design drawings, construction specifications, and applicable standards.
6. Review job scopes and work orders to estimate material, manpower, and time requirements, and provide cost estimations when necessary.
7. Respond promptly to plumbing and sanitary emergencies and ensure service readiness at all times.
8. Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Management.
9. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team coordination and stakeholder engagement.

• Analyze system designs and review technical specifications.
• Prepare material submissions and technical drawings.
• Monitor project progress through regular site inspections and oversee subcontractors/internal workers to ensure efficiency and timely completion.
• Manage and control work progress, schedules, safety, and quality standards.
• Conduct system testing and commissioning, obtaining customer approval upon completion.
• Submit verification reports for completed work.
• Develop and implement programs to ensure the effective execution of projects.
• Coordinate departmental activities, attend meetings, and liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Oversee the installation of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems in commercial projects.
• Possess expertise in CCTV, card access systems, and related security technologies.
• Prepare drawings for submission and implementation.
• Handle site activities, coordination, and supervision related to engineering and system design.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Description:

Work Timings : Monday, Thursday & Saturday - 7.0am to 12.00pm

Responsibilities:

• Applications from candidates with experience in catering and service work are encouraged.
• Experience in automation, operations, production, or related fields is optional but preferred.

• Field role needs to do a lot of walking up and down the different levels of block of flats to release mosquitoes.

Min NITEC in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred

Deliver items, samples, and documentation to client sites

Possess a class 3 driving license
