What you will be working on:
You will carry out investigations at sites and take enforcement actions against person(s) who import small mobility vehicles without a valid import permit, under the Small Mobility (Safety) Vehicles Act and its related subsidiary legislation, as well as other related offences under the Active Mobility Act. As part of your investigations work, you will have to conduct interviews to gather evidence from different parties, including members of the public, and put up Reports of Offence against offender(s). In addition, you will be inspecting the locations / sites for compliance. You will be involved in the monitoring of violations trend, and management of public feedback related to the import of small mobility vehicles as well as other enforcement-related matters. Beyond these, you will work with other LTA’s Divisions, external agencies, communities and the public to resolve multi-faceted issues.
What we are looking for:
• Knowledge in investigations and enforcement
• At least 1 year working experience in enforcement and/or service industry
• Positive attitude and able to thrive in a fast-paced working environment
• Enjoy meeting people and possesses a flair for customer service
