Healthcare Leadership Opportunity

Job Description:

As a Medical Services Director, you will oversee a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care. Your leadership skills will be crucial in ensuring timely reporting and high-quality services.

  • Manage day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for staff on shift, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new staff members, while collaborating with vendors and assisting with rostering.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient inquiries and resolving disputes in a fair and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, and Public Holidays, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Maintain attention to detail, even in fast-paced environments, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks.
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in healthcare or hospitality industry, preferably with leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
