About the Role:

As a seasoned Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of autonomous mobile robotic (AMR) systems designed for healthcare environments. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in system architecture, functional design, and risk management to drive innovation in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and document Product System Requirements Specifications (SRS) based on clinical, operational, and regulatory needs.
• Translate system requirements into detailed Product Software Requirements Specifications (SRSW).
• Ensure all requirements align with ISO 3691-4 and relevant healthcare robotics regulations and standards.
• Define and maintain the functional architecture of the robotic delivery system, including control, perception, localization, navigation, and HMI subsystems.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and safety engineers to design systems with high availability, modularity, and fault tolerance.
• Perform and document comprehensive risk assessments, including hazard analysis, risk estimation, and mitigation.
• Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and ensure traceability of risks throughout the product lifecycle.
• Own safety concept development per ISO 3691-4 requirements for driverless vehicles in human-populated environments.
• Develop and execute the Product Test Plan, including unit, integration, verification, validation, and field-testing protocols.
• Oversee compliance testing and verification for navigation accuracy, load handling, obstacle avoidance, and safety zones.
• Lead creation of the Product Manual, including user instructions, safety guidance, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain document control for all design and development artifacts under ISO 9001.
• Collaborate with commercial, sales, and tender teams to support technical documentation, product specifications, and customer responses.

The Product Project Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of innovation-related projects. This individual is responsible for managing the project management framework, guaranteeing timely completion, within budget, and at the targeted quality level.

Reporting directly to the Product Director, this role ensures that innovation projects align with strategic objectives. The Product Project Manager oversees cross-functional project teams, drives corrective actions plans when necessary, and fosters a culture of accountability and transparency within the team.

1. Lead project teams End-to-End on innovation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion, to ensure timely delivery, within budget, and at the targeted quality level.
2. Accountable for project outputs and documentation, reporting project progress pre-launch and product performance post-launch.
3. Facilitate regular project reviews and post-launch evaluations, implementing lessons learned for continuous improvement in project delivery.

• 3-5 years of experience in project management roles handling complex, multi-functional projects.
• Proven experience managing projects, budgets, timelines, and risks.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Experience with continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.
• Strong communicator, capable of working with cross-functional teams.
