The Senior Innovation Strategist will play a key role in shaping the future of play within the Creative Play Lab (CPL). Reporting to the Head of Strategic Play Innovation, this role combines strategic thinking with creative vision to unlock new opportunities for both consumers and the business.

Our role in the business is to guide an innovation pipeline that will enable the LEGO Group to have the right solutions and capabilities to safeguard the future of the LEGO brand and ensure a long-term competitive advantage.   • A commercially minded leader with 16+ years of experience in the research & development (R&D) and innovation space, specifically within the Consumer Health, Over-The-Counter (OTC), Food & Beverage FMCG, or Consumer Goods sector
  • A proven track record as a leader with strong commercial acumen and experience managing regional teams
  • In-depth knowledge of nutritional, pharmaceutical, or skincare ingredients and suppliers
  • Familiarity with product formulations, specifications and quality & food safety standards
  • A positive attitude, energetic, and passion for working in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English is essential
