The Senior Innovation Strategist will play a key role in shaping the future of play within the Creative Play Lab (CPL). Reporting to the Head of Strategic Play Innovation, this role combines strategic thinking with creative vision to unlock new opportunities for both consumers and the business.
Our role in the business is to guide an innovation pipeline that will enable the LEGO Group to have the right solutions and capabilities to safeguard the future of the LEGO brand and ensure a long-term competitive advantage.
