Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, building, deploying, and maintaining the IT infrastructure using the latest technology.

As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include performing installation, configuration, administration, migration, maintenance, tuning, troubleshooting, patching, and upgrading of the IT infrastructure.

You will also be responsible for managing technical deliverables of any projects and determining deployment strategy with project managers.

To be successful as an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year's experience in IT infrastructure management;
• Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science or Information Technology field;
• Professional qualifications such as MCSA Windows Server 2012 / 2016; or MCSE Productivity Exchange 2016; or MCSA Office 365;
• Additional qualifications such as CCNA Routing and Switching, and/or CCNA Security, VCP in Data Centre Virtualization will be an added advantage;
• Must have strong knowledge of enterprise backup solution such as Symantec, CommVault etc.

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Administrator to manage our cloud infrastructure and ensure high availability and performance across all systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, integrate, and manage cloud infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues both autonomously and with the help of technical support from cloud vendors as necessary
