About the role
The Infrastructure Technology Lead supports Group IT's Infrastructure Services team in designing and delivering infrastructure components of business solutions across Far East Organization. Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure Services, this role focuses on technical solutioning, platform alignment, and stakeholder collaboration, while contributing to operational support and governance under the guidance of Infrastructure Managers and Senior Managers.

Primary Responsibilities (75%) — Solutioning, Design, and Collaboration
- Support infrastructure solutioning for new property developments and hotel openings, aligned with standards defined by Infrastructure Managers.
- Assist in preparing technical proposals and presenting solution options to business stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of infrastructure solution standards and documentation.

• Manage issues arising out of scope definition and disputes that impacted scope, schedule and cost
• Manage issues arising from integration of various components of the project, e.g. hardware, software installation, testing, business process review, redesign, application development, migration and data conversion etc
• Manage project financials, ensuring project cost/ revenue forecast is done accurately
• Oversee the implementation of the project with regard to schedules, budget, manpower and quality
• Resolve project overrun issues
• Track project progress and report to Senior Management and Customer
• Manage resources in terms of mobilising resources during different periods of time from team to team to maximise productivity or minimise wastage
• Lead the project and service team on smooth project transition to operation in accordance to customer requirement and processes.
• Manage project operation and ensure service level is maintained without financial penalty and security incident due to negligent or lack of awareness
Customer/Vendor/ Stakeholder Management
• Manage contracts and subcontractors
• Effectively engaged stakeholders in project decisions and execution
• Build long-term customer relationships by anticipating and exceeding customer's expectation
Team Management
• Work cohesively, lead, guide, manage and motivate the projects' team members in delivering quality project works, eliminating project exceptions and delighting the customers
Requirements
• Degree in Computer Engineering or related discipline
• PMP/CITPM with at least 5-7 years of Project Management working experiences
• Key Competencies required for the role:
Technical Competency – WAN Migration Experience
• Demonstrated experience in managing WAN migration activities.
Experience in Tech Refresh Environment
• Experience in planning and executing migration from legacy to new systems.
• Ability to integrate new systems into existing infrastructures (e.g. GovTech DC/GCC/GDC) seamlessly.
Domain Knowledge and Process Awareness
• While in-depth knowledge of GovTech practices is not mandatory, familiarity with relevant processes is advantageous.
Data Analysis & Visualization Competency
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, charts) for data manipulation and reporting.
• Skilled in Microsoft Power BI for building dashboards, visualizing trends, and generating actionable insights.
