Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Influencer Marketing Lead to spearhead our influencer marketing efforts in Singapore and oversee regional execution across Southeast Asia (SEA). This critical leadership role requires a hands-on professional who can develop and implement impactful influencer strategies, lead and mentor high-performing teams, and drive measurable results for our clients. You'll be instrumental in expanding AnyMind Group's footprint in the influencer marketing space in Singapore.

What You'll Do

Strategic Leadership & Planning:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy for Singapore, aligned with local market trends and company objectives.
  • Formulate and oversee the regional influencer marketing execution strategy for SEA markets, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-potential influencer partnerships and opportunities across Singapore and SEA alongside the Regional Partnership team.
  • Act as a key thought leader in influencer marketing, representing AnyMind Group at local events and industry forums.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the Singapore-based Influencer Marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Directly manage and guide the regional SEA Influencer Marketing Execution team, providing strategic direction, operational support, and performance oversight for regional projects.
  • Set clear goals and KPIs for both local and regional team members, providing ongoing guidance, support, and constructive feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing environment across both teams.
  • Ensure the operational profitability of the department to optimize performance

Campaign Execution & Relationship Management:

  • Oversee the influencer team on execution of influencer marketing campaigns in Singapore.
  • Ensure the efficient and effective execution of regional influencer marketing projects by the SEA execution team, meeting client objectives and deadlines.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships (alongside sales team) with key clients, including brands and agencies, for influencer marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with C-suite stakeholders on strategic influencer marketing initiatives where appropriate.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, operations, product) to deliver integrated and customized influencer marketing solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with global leadership and regional country managers to align influencer marketing efforts with overarching company goals.

Performance Tracking & Growth:

  • Drive growth in influencer marketing revenue through successful campaign execution and client satisfaction in Singapore and across SEA.
  • Monitor and analyze influencer marketing performance metrics for both local and regional campaigns, ensuring timely reporting and continuous optimization.

Who You Are

  • More than 6 years of experience in influencer marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role managing a team.
  • Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and optimizing influencer marketing campaigns for diverse clients/brands.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a team across multiple markets or regions, specifically within Southeast Asia (SEA).
  • Strong understanding of the influencer landscape, platforms, and trends in Singapore and SEA markets.
  • Experience in engaging with and influencing stakeholders at various levels.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and execute plans effectively.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving growth and achieving team targets.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
