Roles & Responsibilities

We are a growing company looking for a technician to help maintain our dust collection machines. You will travel to customer sites, check the machines, and make sure they run safely. If you like hands-on work and solving problems, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and repair machines
• Do regular checks and maintenance
• Fix simple mechanical and electrical problems
• Write short reports after each job
• Talk to customers and provide support
• Follow safety rules at all times

Working hours: Mon-Fri, 08:00 - 17:30 (OT Eligible)

Requirements

• ITE or equivalent level qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• 2-3 years of experience working with industrial equipment
• Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read simple technical drawings.
• Problem-solving skills and good attitude
• Willing to travel to customer sites

Duration: 1-year renewable contract + Bonus

Working hour: 8am-5pm

Location: Woodlands

Responsibilities

• Report weekly and monthly data on production and staffing
• Create presentations for internal meetings
• Support analysis of cycle time, headcount, and factory capacity
• Help with time studies and process improvement projects

PREREQUISITES

• Diploma or ITE in Industrial Engineering or related field (option)
• Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate level)
• Good with numbers and data accuracy
• Able to work independently and manage tasks

Machine Operator and Maintenance Specialist

• We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator and Maintenance Specialist to perform troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning of injection molding machines.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in planning, repairing, maintaining, and overhauling machines on-site or in the workshop.

• A diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is preferred. However, candidates with equivalent qualifications are also welcome.
• 3-5 years of working experience in a related field is required.

Service Technician

• The primary responsibility of this role is to undertake outdoor and indoor repair work on all cleaning products.
• Mechanical preventive maintenance involves verifying mechanical faults, replacing spare parts, and carrying out repairs.
• This position requires close collaboration with service technicians for problem-solving and coordinating jobs between field service and workshop repairs.
• In instances where outdoor repair is not feasible, the individual will be required to work within the company workshop.

Possessing a minimum Professional Certificate or NiTEC in Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Electrical Engineering, along with a Class 3 driving license, is essential.

Experience in repairing forklifts, automobiles, heavy industrial equipment, and knowledge in engines, motors, and electrical systems would be highly relevant and useful.

Diploma or Nitec in Engineering with 2+ years of experience.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous for senior roles.
Ability to work flexibly in a team, supporting different functions during shortage of manpower.
Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.
Experience in first-level failure analysis in the semiconductor industry.
With 10 years of experience in semiconductor industry would be considered as engineer role.
