Responsibilities
Review customer inquiries, RFQs, and technical specifications to determine project requirements, including conducting site surveys when necessary.
Develop technical solutions using automation and control products such as DCS, PLC, SCADA, and SIS.
Prepare and submit complete technical and commercial proposals, including system architecture, BOM, pricing, schedules, and terms.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to gather input on cost, lead time, and technical risks.
Participate in internal review processes to validate proposal accuracy and secure management approval.
Support Sales Account Managers by addressing technical queries during the bidding process.
Perform additional tasks as assigned in support of proposal development and process improvement.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Control, or related discipline.
3 years of experience in proposals, technical sales, or sales support within the industrial automation and control sector.
Solid knowledge of DCS, PLC, SCADA, and Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS); familiarity with IEC 62443 standards is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Visio, Word, and Excel.
