Responsibilities:
- Review customer inquiries, RFQs, and technical specifications to determine project requirements, including conducting site surveys when necessary.
- Develop technical solutions using automation and control products such as DCS, PLC, SCADA, and SIS.
- Prepare and submit complete technical and commercial proposals, including system architecture, BOM, pricing, schedules, and terms.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to gather input on cost, lead time, and technical risks.
- Participate in internal review processes to validate proposal accuracy and secure management approval.
- Support Sales Account Managers by addressing technical queries during the bidding process.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned in support of proposal development and process improvement.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Control, or related discipline.
- 3 years of experience in proposals, technical sales, or sales support within the industrial automation and control sector.
- Solid knowledge of DCS, PLC, SCADA, and Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS); familiarity with IEC 62443 standards is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Visio, Word, and Excel.
