- Plan and manage cross-border tax strategies for operations in Singapore, China, Taiwan, Europe, and North America.
- Set up investment structures, transfer pricing policies, and compliance processes (BEPS 2.0, CFC).
- Oversee corporate and indirect tax filings with local and regional advisors.
- Advise manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and legal teams on tax implications.
- Monitor global tax changes and assess business impact.
- Establish tax governance systems and controls.
- Support and guide regional tax teams.
- Handle audits, TP reviews, and APA applications.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in tax, accounting, or audit, with 3+ years in tax advisory for multinational manufacturing or Big Four.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore, China, and Taiwan tax systems; experience with Europe/North America.
- Skilled in transfer pricing and cross-border structuring.
- Hands-on in audits, TP reports, and compliance documentation.
- Knowledge of international treaties and BEPS initiatives.
- ERP (Oracle preferred).
