  • Plan and manage cross-border tax strategies for operations in Singapore, China, Taiwan, Europe, and North America.
  • Set up investment structures, transfer pricing policies, and compliance processes (BEPS 2.0, CFC).
  • Oversee corporate and indirect tax filings with local and regional advisors.
  • Advise manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and legal teams on tax implications.
  • Monitor global tax changes and assess business impact.

Requirements:

  • Skilled in transfer pricing and cross-border structuring.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders / multi-functional teams within the company as well as external tax advisors to support tax strategy execution.
Provide tax input for project rollouts and assess tax implications of various business transactions.
Perform research and analysis on transactions and maintain documented tax technical advice and update the relevant stakeholders as appropriate.
Support integration of tax requirements into business operations and system implementations.

A university graduate in Accounting and Finance. A member of a recognized professional body such as MIA, ACCA, CPA or an advanced taxation qualification is added advantage
A minimum of 4 - 6 years of corporate income tax and/or indirect tax experience within a Big 4 firm and/or relevant tax experience in a multinational corporation. A candidate with experiences in International Tax, Transfer Pricing and/or Cross-Border Transactions is encouraged to apply.
Skills requirement:
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Independent, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively under tight deadlines.
A proactive mindset, with the ability to drive compliance improvements and support business objectives.
