Role Overview
As a Consultant at Cain Partners, you will work directly with CFOs, founders, and investment managers to solve high-impact financial and strategic problems. Key Responsibilities

- Transaction Execution : Support due diligence, market research, investor outreach, and deal documentation.
- Operational Finance : Implement systems and processes (e.g., Xero, Dynamics, Power BI), and work with clients' internal teams to improve reporting, cash flow, and budgeting.
- Stakeholder Communication : Prepare clear and concise deliverables, reports, and recommendations for senior executives, investors, and boards.
- Firm Building : Contribute to internal process improvement, knowledge creation, and brand development at Cain Partners.
- 2-5 years' experience in finance, consulting, investment, or accounting roles
- Strong financial modeling and analysis skills (Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools is a plus)
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with incomplete information
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Curious, self-driven, and willing to learn across multiple sectors
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics.
