Investment Research

+ Plan and make own visits in assigned markets and to produce detail research reports to a required standards using the company's investment framework in a timely manner.

+ Timely recommendation of stock ideas to the investment team to be included in the team's portfolio with consistent alpha generation.
+ Actively monitor stock recommendations and movements in the market, in order to recommend buy/sell decisions that can add value to the portfolio.
+ Consistency of recommendations that adds value to the portfolio over time will be valued
+ Ability to work independently in research, and ability to spot good sector or individual stock opportunities will be of great value
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Years of experience - 1-3 years of relevant experience

We are seeking an experienced Asia Equity securities lending trader to support the growth of our APAC synthetic prime brokerage and delta one business. The role will focus on short covering and all related post trade life cycle, inventory management, operational build-out, and platform scalability across Asia equity markets.
**Process Build-Out & Automation**
+ Build and enhance scalable front-to-back operational processes supporting Asia equity short covering and securities lending activities.
+ Manage day to day short covering in Asia equity markets through stock loan transactions
+ Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements across trading, booking, inventory management, and post trade lift cycle processes.

- Deliver lessons in accordance with Pamela's Place teaching and curriculum standards to ensure high quality of students' learning.

- Ideal candidates should be comfortable teaching at least one science subject (Biology or Chemistry) at either the GCE ‘O’ Level or ‘A’ Level . Experience in teaching across both levels and/or both subjects is not required, but would be a welcome bonus and an opportunity for further growth.
