Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate import and export operations including documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking
Provide support to the sales team and customer inquiries
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with international trade regulations
Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers
Monitor shipment timelines and resolve any logistical issues promptly
Requirements:
Previous experience in import/export operations or freight forwarding preferred
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft office applications (Excels, Words, PowerPoints, etc) including other relevant software.

- Prepare and manage import purchase orders and contract documentation.
- Verify completeness and accuracy of shipping documents.
- Submit import permits accurately and on time.
(b) Export Sales
- Prepare export sales contracts, process sales orders, and issue billing to customers.
- Handle export permits and certificates of origin (CO) as required.
- Ensure timely receipt of customer payments.

(c) Local Sales

Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Shipping.
