Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all import activities.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and relevant stakeholders.
- Handle import-related documentation, including purchase orders, and update delivery schedules.
- Prepare monthly reports on ingredient movements and other files for submission to HQ.
- Manage raw material inventory, including deliveries and stock counts.
- Coordinate and manage trilateral trade operations, ensuring smooth transactions involving multiple countries/parties, including documentation, supplier liaison, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Develop and implement cost-saving measures and quality improvements.
- Review and verify invoices.
- Process and submit claims for damaged packaging (e.g., torn bags) according to management instructions.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by your supervisor as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma holder.
- Detail-oriented, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and email communication.
- Excellent communication skills and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Preferably at least 1 year of relevant experience in logistics or a related field.
