**About the role**
We are seeking an Implementations Manager to lead complex, high‑priority merchant acquiring and financial institution implementations for large or technical clients. In this client‑facing role you will drive end‑to‑end delivery from initiation through closure, partnering with merchants, sales teams and bank partners to ensure timely, compliant and high‑quality launches. You will act as a trusted advisor, translate business requirements into actionable project plans, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated Fiserv solutions.
**What you'll do:**

**Experience you'll need to have:**
+ 4-7 years of experience in an applicable field
+ Demonstrated experience managing project/resource schedules, funding/prioritization and delivering projects (medium-sized projects or multiple small projects).
+ Experience conducting feasibility studies, scheduling analysis and making recommendations based on business case analysis.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interface with all levels of management and staff (internal/external) in a professional manner.

The Director, PMO will lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of key infrastructure projects undertaken by the Labour Movement. Delta is seeking a Project Manager – Data Center & ICT Projects to lead end-to-end delivery of mission-critical infrastructure projects across the region. What You Will Do
At SPL, you are an integral part of our team - driving meaningful projects and witnessing the tangible difference your work makes. As an Assistant Manager, Project Management & Transformation, you will support the successful delivery of strategic projects and business transformation initiatives across the organisation. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to drive project execution, facilitate Agile delivery, and ensure operational readiness.
Key Tasks You Will Be Involved In
1. Project Delivery & Coordination
- Manage project timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, and implementation activities.
- Coordinate across business, product, technology, and vendor teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Track project progress and drive follow-up actions to achieve key milestones.
2. Agile Delivery Support
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Promote team collaboration, alignment, and continuous improvement.
3. Systems & Integration Management
- Coordinate system integrations, technical dependencies, and impact assessments.
- Support feasibility reviews, issue resolution, and operational readiness planning.
4. Governance & Reporting
- Consolidate project updates, risks, action items, and management reports.
- Support project governance and escalate critical issues when required.
5.Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Partner with internal teams, external agencies, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Manage expectations, dependencies, and decision-making processes.
6. Deployment & Incident Management
- Support deployment planning, release activities, testing validation, and post-implementation reviews.
- Coordinate issue resolution, incident management, and service recovery efforts.
7. Continuous Improvement
- Maintain project documentation and governance artefacts.
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices across project delivery.

This role might be for you if you have:
- Training in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.

Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery Leadership & Execution
- Drive end-to-end execution of multiple IT infrastructure projects/programs, ensuring alignment with governance, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Own project planning, tracking, and delivery governance across the assigned sub-team.
- Ensure consistent use of project management frameworks, tools, and standards.
2. Sub-Team Management
- Lead and manage a group of Project Managers (onshore/offshore).
- Set priorities, allocate resources, and balance workloads across projects.
- Provide hands-on coaching, mentoring, and performance guidance to team members.
- Actively uplift team capability and delivery discipline.
- Act as deputy for Team Lead in leadership forums, governance meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
- Support in defining team strategy, priorities, and delivery roadmap.
- Assist in resource planning, budgeting, and capacity management.
3. Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Engage with business stakeholders, senior management, and vendors to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Consolidate and present delivery status, risks, and escalations to leadership.
- Ensure clear and structured communication across all levels.
4. Risk, Issue & Quality Management
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks across projects.
- Drive early escalation and resolution of critical issues.
- Enforce adherence to quality standards, audit, and compliance requirements (especially in banking context).
5. Vendor & Governance Oversight
- Oversee vendor delivery performance and ensure accountability against agreed KPIs.
- Ensure projects comply with bank governance, security, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of IT Project Management experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong experience managing multiple concurrent infrastructure projects
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team of project managers
- Strong vendor management and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in banking or regulated environments
- Demonstrated ability to handle escalations, conflicts, and senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (especially with senior management)
- Strong ownership mindset and proactive leadership attitude
Preferred / Good to Have
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification (strongly preferred)
- Experience in Agile / Hybrid delivery models
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure (network, server, cloud, DC, etc.)
- ITIL certification
- Exposure to APAC regulatory environments
