Key Responsibilities

1. Case Management

Requirements

  • Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualification).
  • Prior experience in immigration, is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with CRM.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
