A corporate relocation provider is looking to hire a Japanese Speaking Immigration & Relocation Consultant to join their team in Singapore.


Main Duties:

  • Manage the relocation process from start to finish on behalf of expatriates and their families (services include; housing, schooling, corporate housing, tenancy management, visa and immigration)
  • Provide advice to assignees on immigration procedures and timelines
  • Manage the visa and immigration process including EP, S Pass, LTVP, DP, business visas and work permits
  • Update assignees on the status of their relocation and immigration application
  • Provide a high level of service to assignees, responding to their questions in a prompt manner
  • Work closely with internal departments and external vendors


Key Requirements:

  • At least 2 years Relocation, Global Mobility or Immigration experience
  • Must have a basic CEI certification (Comprehensive Employment Agency Licence)
  • Knowledge or experience of Singapore housing leasing and immigration rules preferred
  • Degree in a related field preferred
  • Fluent English and Spoken Japanese is essential
