Immigration Operations Specialist
to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration processes, excellent client management skills, and the ability to handle multiple applications efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing support throughout the immigration process.
Ensure timely submission of required documents and follow up with clients.
Manage the complete immigration application cycle from content development to final delivery.
Prepare and organize documents for applications and schedule submissions.
Support clients during appointments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
Gather necessary information and documents from clients promptly.
