A corporate relocation provider is looking to hire a Japanese Speaking Immigration & Relocation Consultant to join their team in Singapore.
Main Duties:
- Manage the relocation process from start to finish on behalf of expatriates and their families (services include; housing, schooling, corporate housing, tenancy management, visa and immigration)
- Provide advice to assignees on immigration procedures and timelines
- Manage the visa and immigration process including EP, S Pass, LTVP, DP, business visas and work permits
- Update assignees on the status of their relocation and immigration application
- Provide a high level of service to assignees, responding to their questions in a prompt manner
- Work closely with internal departments and external vendors
Key Requirements:
- At least 2 years Relocation, Global Mobility or Immigration experience

The Legal Department plays a critical role in enabling the successful finalisation of all store leases in Singapore. **EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS**
The primary responsibilities for this position are to provide legal support on employment matters and where required, corporate matters. These include:
(i) in relation to employment matters:
+ Prepare, review and maintain employment‑related documentation, including employment contracts, show cause letters, disciplinary outcome letters, mutual separation documents
+ Conduct legal research on statutory labor and employment requirements across APEC
+ Assist with drafting and review of employment‑related policies and guidance notes
+ Maintain and update employment precedent libraries and templates
+ Assist in responding to routine employment and labor law queries
