THE ROLE

Professionally and correctly advise clients through displaying value of the company's services, the government's regulations and procedures in respect to their unique portfolios/circumstances. Keep abreast with policies, requirements and present the best options to clients/corporate offices that in turn convert prospects into clients.

DUTIES

  • Contacting leads to set up appointments for onsite and offsite consultations
  • Maintaining business relationships with clients
  • Performing presentations to prospective clients in a one-to-one meeting or in a group setting such as webinar, lunch talk, or seminar
  • Responding to queries in a timely, professional and efficient manner
  • Preparing monthly performance reports
