We are a family office concierge service firm that caters to our client’s needs as they immigrate to Singapore. Our goal is to help our clients with their relocation needs as they settle in Singapore and provide bespoke services based on their specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks to support smooth office operations
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Manage and organize documents, records, and files
- Monitor and order office supplies when necessary
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Support various departments with basic admin support when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in any field
- Prior administrative experience is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to work independently with attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills Able to communicate in Mandarin, as the role requires interaction with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
