About the Role:

As a CBRE HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at facilities by conducting proactive performance testing and ongoing scheduled maintenance.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You'll Do:

• Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems used for building. This includes heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment.
• Conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine best course of action for equipment modifications.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
• Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
• Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

What You'll Need:

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid driver's license required.
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

We are looking for a skilled and committed HVAC (Aircon) Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of local experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems like single , multi split system, VRV system , AHU, Ventilation system etc . This role requires 24/7 standby availability for on-call duties, including the flexibility to work on Sundays, public holidays, or midnight shifts to address urgent client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues with aircon units and related equipment.
Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency.
Respond promptly to emergency service calls, including Sundays, public holidays, and midnight shifts as needed.
Deliver exceptional customer service, clearly explaining technical issues and solutions to clients.
Keep accurate records of all service and maintenance activities.
Adhere to safety standards and local regulations at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an HVAC technician in the local market.
Expertise in air conditioning system installation, maintenance, and repair.
Availability for 24/7 standby on-call duties, including Sundays, public holidays, and midnight shifts.
Valid HVAC certification or equivalent qualifications (preferred).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
