Responsibilities:

• Establish project team, project name, number, and document files.
• Work with the main building contractor's master schedule.
• Check and review system design and specifications for compliance and performance.
• Appoint sub-contractors for different trades and establish their scope of work and liabilities.
• Manage and set up the allocated site office and storage.
• Submit shop drawings, equipment delivery schedule, and material samples to the main contractor for approval.
• Plan and monitor equipment delivery to the job site.
• Participate in job-site meetings, including technical and nominated sub-contract (NSC) coordination meetings.
• Ensure job-site safety standards comply with relevant regulatory authorities.
• Monitor, assess, and evaluate the performance of sub-contractors for future reference.
• Submit monthly progressive claims to the main contractor for certification by consultants.
• Prepare monthly financial status reports for the Accounts Department and manage sub-contractors' claims and payment processes.
• Check and supervise project final testing and commissioning.
• Prepare and submit as-built drawings, hand-over kits, and operational and maintenance manuals.
• Establish a maintenance service program during the Defects Liability period.
• Prepare overall project reports.
• Work with department heads to prepare budgets and forecasts and complete the annual budget on time.
• Prepare financial and statistical reports.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in project handling, preferably dealing with air-conditioning, chiller, or HVAC systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
