Responsible to deliver excellent employee experience and the people plans to meet the talent attraction and retention target. Collaborate with the HR Services, Recruitment COE, Talent Management and L&D COE teams to support the business to grow the people capabilities.
Responsibilities
Manage the employee touchpoints including but not limited to recruitment and retention programmes, performance management, employee relations and benefits.
Collaborate and work with the teams to ensure consistent and integrated support to the businesses.
Implement progressive employee practices and initiatives across the banner as aligned to the regulatory and/or group.
Execute engagement surveys and workshops to strengthen employee experience.
Timely submission of reports and organization charts.
Maintain and uphold the integrity and privacy of our system and data through regular checks.
Coach and educate the team leaders to enforce good people practices that are aligned to the company policies, SOPs and government regulations.
Work towards the employer of choice with Company values ingrained in every team member and increase positive team member experience.
Ensure KPIs are met as committed in the people’s plan.
Seek feedback and monitor stakeholder satisfaction to ensure continuous improvement, customer service mindset and do the right things.
Participate in projects, where required.
Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of experience in HR with hands‐on exposure in at least 3 HR functions including talent attraction and recruitment. Possess IHRP certification.
Excellent communication skills with strong influencing and problem‐solving skills.
Organized and possess critical thinking skills.
Good working knowledge of the employment laws for local and foreign labor requirements and savvy in using Microsoft Excel/ PowerPoint.
Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment against tight timelines with a team mindset.

Strategic HR Partnership
