We are looking for a capable and committed Operation and HSE Executive / Senior Executive to ensure the smooth integration of safety and operational functions across the organization. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day operations while maintaining full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and standards.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth coordination of all safety and operational activities across departments and worksites.
- Develop and improve programs to maintain employee safety and ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental regulations.
- Lead and manage the operations team to achieve performance goals while adhering to SOPs and work instructions.
- Manage NEA, bizSAFE, licenses, and internal audits, ensuring compliance with ISO and OHSAS standards.
