Senior Executive/Assistant Manager HR Technology (HRIS/SAP)
The candidate will provide functional advice and support for the SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM (Payroll) systems, while working closely with stakeholders to drive continuous operational improvements. The individual will be responsible for managing vendors.
Responsibilities
Provide functional support for SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM systems and other third-party systems and handle staff queries on system-related issues
Engage process owners and end users to understand business needs, translating into high-level IT solutions requirements
Conduct and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure proper implementation of business rules and system logic when required
Follow up with consultants and stakeholders for timely system changes and resolution of issues raised
Handle staff queries on system-related issues and ensure appropriate responsiveness to end user's application issues
Troubleshoot issues, identify causes and propose solutions in line with the industry best practices
Conduct Code review, Unit Testing review and System Integration validation
Prepare SOPS, training manuals and conduct train-the-trainer trainings to respective stakeholders
Manage vendors for the responsibilities outlined in contracts and statement of work, ensuring SLA is met
Maintain IT assets for HR Division and ensure proper documentation for audit purposes
Support department budgeting and audit requirements and oversee other HR functions assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in information system, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
Experience in SAP SuccessFactors (SF) including SAP HCM (PY) and Concur.
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in IT industry with experience in SAP SF modules/ SAP HCM
Possess excellent logical & analytical skills, good Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to work independently
Innovative, resourceful problem-solver with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
HRIS and HR Business Processes knowledge with experience in project implementations, roll-out and integration is preferred

System Architect

General Description
The primary objective of the
System Architect
is to work closely with the IT Architecture team in APAC to define and drive architectural strategies that support the bank’s digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of private banking and wealth management processes, along with strong experience in enterprise system design within the financial services domain.
Key Responsibilities
Define and maintain the IT APAC architecture roadmap in alignment with the bank’s business strategy.
Lead architectural design efforts across initiatives by delivering solution blueprints, defining non-functional requirements (NFRs), and evaluating trade-offs.
Govern and uphold architecture standards, managing technical debt and ensuring alignment with enterprise guidelines.
Evaluate and lead proof-of-concept efforts for emerging technologies and tools to support business growth and innovation.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with the Architecture Centre of Excellence (COE) to contribute to the bank’s overall IT architecture strategy.
Provide end-to-end technical guidance to project teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Communicate complex design concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Regulatory & Risk Management
Demonstrate strong personal ethics and professionalism in line with the bank’s compliance and regulatory standards.
Ensure all architecture practices adhere to relevant risk management policies and regulatory requirements, particularly from MAS (Singapore) and HKMA (Hong Kong).

You have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Industry certifications such as AWS Certification, CISCO Certification (CCNP, CCIE), or equivalent are highly desirable.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior network engineering or architecture role.
Expertise in architecting complex solutions, including hardware and software integration with focus on networking but understanding in other subsystems
Strong experience in IT infrastructure design, large-scale networking, virtualization, and containerization.
In-depth understanding of software architectures, including N-Tier Architecture, SOA, and microservices.
Experience working with transportation communication systems such as SCADA, Public Announcement Systems, Passenger Information Systems, and Tetra Radio.
Strong knowledge of network security, redundancy, and failover strategies in mission-critical systems.
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and handling multiple concurrent projects.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and technical teams.
Membership in relevant professional organizations such as INCOSE or the Institution of Engineers Singapore is preferred.
Experience with data analytics and machine learning applications in transportation networks.
Background in project management or system delivery management.
