Manpower Planning & Budgeting System (MPBS)
across the healthcare institutions and support strategic workforce planning initiatives. This is a 2‐year contract role with the potential to make a lasting impact on our HR systems and manpower strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management – HR Systems Implementation
Lead end‐to‐end implementation of the Manpower Planning & Budgeting System (MPBS).
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables in coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Gather and analyze business requirements to ensure the system meets organizational needs.
Oversee system configuration, customization, and integration with existing HR platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Prepare and present regular updates to project sponsors, stakeholders, and steering committees.
Develop and implement a change management and training strategy to support system adoption.
Maintain the MPBS post go‐live and support model builders and users as needed.
Manpower Planning & Budgeting
Collaborate with institutions to gather manpower parameters and benchmarks.
Perform manpower analytics, simulations, and forecasting for workforce planning and budgeting.
Design and optimize manpower planning models aligned with best practices and needs.
Work on data harmonization and integration to ensure accurate and reliable system outputs.
Other Responsibilities
Support ongoing automation and digitalization initiatives.
Contribute to other HR-related projects as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Analytics, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR systems implementation, project management, or manpower planning.
Strong understanding of HR processes and workforce planning in a complex or healthcare environment.
Proven project management experience; PMP certification is an advantage.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or Anaplan implementation preferred.
Certified Anaplan Level 2 Model Builder is a strong plus.
Excellent analytical, problem‐solving, and organizational skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power Automate is an advantage.
