Job Description
As an HR Operations Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure all related documentations are accurately filed and up-to-date. You will assist in updating, maintaining, and approving HR data for existing staff within our HR system, as well as verifying and updating onboarding data for new hires and offboarding data for resignees.
You will be responsible for delivering HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by our HR Group Shared Services team. This includes ensuring records within our HR system are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards.
In addition to these tasks, you may be assigned ad-hoc duties to support the team's overall objectives. The ideal candidate should have a minimum diploma in Human Resources or similar field of study. If interested, please submit your resume for consideration.

HR Operations Lead
The HR Operations Lead is responsible for leading HR Operations for SEA Commercial and non-Commercial associates, ensuring smooth delivery of HR services, policies, and programs, while driving improvement initiatives that leverage automation and digitalization to enhance team efficiency and organizational performance.
