This position plays a critical role in supporting full-spectrum HR operations, with a primary focus on accurate payroll processing , HR administration , and regulatory compliance . What You Will Be Doing

Payroll Processing

  • Manage end-to-end monthly payroll, including salary computation, overtime, CPF, IR8A, and statutory submissions
  • Generate payslips and ensure timely disbursement
  • Handle payroll queries professionally and confidentially
  • Liaise with government agencies (IRAS, CPF Board, MOM) for compliance matters

HR Administration

  • Maintain and update HR records and employee files in compliance with PDPA
  • Support HR queries related to leave, benefits, and policies
  • Assist with onboarding processes (contracts, offer letters, new hire documentation)
  • Provide support on HR projects and initiatives as assigned

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure HR processes comply with local labour laws and internal policies
  • Prepare monthly reports, payroll summaries, and statutory filings

  • Safeguard confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered
  • At least 2 years of experience in payroll and HR administration (experience in an employment agency is a plus)
  • Knowledge of Singapore employment laws, CPF, IR8A, and MOM regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/Payroll systems (Info-Tech preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to multitask under pressure
  • Fresh graduates with HR internship or payroll experience are welcome to apply

  • Responsible for end-to-end payroll computation and ensure compliance with local payroll laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll information, including salaries, deductions, and benefits.
  • Review and validate timesheets, work hours and attendance records.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and report as required.
  • Create workflow and any process enhancement as and when required.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll processes.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Generate payroll-related reports for management and audits, implement and monitor internal controls for payroll processes to ensure data integrity.
  • Submission of monthly CPF and refunds, submission of NS and government paid leave claims.
