What You Will Be Doing
Payroll Processing
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll, including salary computation, overtime, CPF, IR8A, and statutory submissions
- Generate payslips and ensure timely disbursement
- Handle payroll queries professionally and confidentially
- Liaise with government agencies (IRAS, CPF Board, MOM) for compliance matters
HR Administration
- Maintain and update HR records and employee files in compliance with PDPA
- Support HR queries related to leave, benefits, and policies
- Assist with onboarding processes (contracts, offer letters, new hire documentation)
- Provide support on HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure HR processes comply with local labour laws and internal policies

Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered
- At least 2 years of experience in payroll and HR administration (experience in an employment agency is a plus)
- Knowledge of Singapore employment laws, CPF, IR8A, and MOM regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/Payroll systems (Info-Tech preferred)
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to multitask under pressure
