Responsibilities
- In charge of recruitment functions such as liaising with recruitment agency and hiring Manager which include sourcing, planning, organize and attend career fairs and recruitment events
- Responsible in support HR functions such as updating and checking of leave records, personnel records, payroll related records, payroll processing, etc.
- Responsible in orientation for new staff
- Responsible for creating and updating new hires & resigned staff data and handlimg all clearance for resigned staff
- Responsible in compiling of employee’s time records, verify attendance, timesheets, and overtime
- Taking charge of pplication and issuance of work passes for foreign staff
- Perform daily administrative duties to ensure smooth running of the operations
- Assist in managing staff’s medical benefit function
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
