We are seeking a proactive and adaptable professional to join our team as the Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Lead, reporting directly to the Chief of Staff.
This is a dual-function role: you will lead and execute the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle as the primary recruiter, and when not engaged in active hiring, you will support and manage HR administrative functions to ensure smooth people operations. You will also take on team leadership responsibilities by guiding recruitment priorities, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring HR processes are executed efficiently.
The role demands someone who is both strategic and hands-on, able to quickly switch between recruitment and HR tasks, while always understanding priorities and delivering on time.
Location: HarbourFront
Working Hours: Mon - Thurs 8 AM - 6 PM; Fri 8 AM - 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Leadership (Primary Focus)
- Lead and manage the entire hiring lifecycle for tech and corporate roles: job posting, sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Proactively source and attract top talent using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
- Ensure a seamless, professional, and positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, design recruitment strategies, and provide market insights.
- Conduct market and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive and fair compensation.
2. HR Administration & Operations (Secondary Focus)
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and documentation in compliance with MOM regulations.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation programs and exit procedures.
- Oversee leave and attendance tracking.
- Support employee engagement programs that strengthen culture and retention.
- Ensure HR compliance with Singapore employment laws and company policies.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments from the Chief of Staff to support overall business priorities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years’ recruitment experience, preferably in the tech sector, plus hands-on HR administration exposure.
- Strong knowledge of tech roles (e.g., software development, data engineering, DevOps, ML/AI, cybersecurity).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organised with proven ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Good grasp of MOM compliance requirements.
- A collaborative and results-oriented leader with a proactive mindset
