o 管理发放流程、文档归档,闭环绩效-激励挂钩

3. 培训体系搭建

o 基于总部培训地图,设计并实施符合本地需求的课程与项目

o 建立需求收集、效果评估等标准流程并输出培训报告

4. 晋升与人才发展

o 本地职级体系落地,参与岗位序列划分与晋升机制设计

o 组织年度晋升评审、人才盘点,并编制流程指引与模板

5. 流程与政策建设

o 编写并维护本地 OD/HR 流程图、制度文件、操作指引

o 与总部 OD 团队、HRBP 及业务部门协同,持续优化制度
