- Copywriting, drafting articles or training content for internal and external purposes, with a focus on HC policies. Your ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner will be crucial.
- Create marketing and internal communication material to support the communication and adoption of learning related / work-life initiatives across the organisations. Your creativity and dedication will help us effectively engage our audience.
- Effectively organise and present campaign information, timing and priorities, etc to ensure successful execution of campaigns/events.
- Support the team in administrative duties and event organisation. Attention to details and organizational skills will be highly valuable.
- Meticulous, assertive with good organizational skills. Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
- Initiate and drive work-life initiatives for the organisation
- Support, facilitate and implement employee engagements initiatives such as Townhalls, brown-bag sessions
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks / projects as requested

Plan, design and develop engaging elearning modules using industry-standards authoring tools (e.g. Articulate 360 / Rise); apply instructional design best practices to ensure content is learner-centric, interactive and aligned with company learning objectives.
Create micro-learning assets and digital content incorporating video, animation, generative-AI tools, and SCORM-compliant formats, leveraging technology-enhanced solutions to support blended and self-paced learning programmes.
Coordinate and facilitate in-house learning initiatives, including virtual workshops, bite-sized learning sessions, and peer sharing platforms – ensure sessions are well-executed, learning-driven, and aligned with development goals.
Coordinate and administer the release and enrolment of elearning programmes.
Support employee engagement with proactive communication, feedback mechanisms, and initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.
Develop and manage internal HR communication materials; such as newsletters, announcements, infographic, and digital campaigns to promote awareness of HR initiatives and drive employee engagement.
Provide support in planning, implementing and facilitating employee engagement programmes and events.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education/Professional Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in HR Management or a related discipline WSQ ACTA / WSQ ACLP, preferably with DACE / DDDLP
Relevant Experience:
Minimum 5 years of working experience in Learning & Development and/or learning design & development
Proficient and prior experience in utilizing Learning Management System, courseware authoring tools (Articulate 360 & Rise) is a must
Familiar with digital design platforms and best practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS (preferably SF)

The intern will be attached to the Human Resource ("HR") and Corporate Communications Department and will support the team in the following activities:-
- Assist in identifying and reviewing repetitive tasks and business processes for optimization through Robotic Process Automation ("RPA") tools, including Power Automate.
- Participate in bot testing and debugging to ensure process accuracy and efficiency
