Our client, a Financial Institution, is seeking an HR Analyst to join their Singapore team and support the day-to-day HR operations.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, work pass applications, and record-keeping.
- Manage payroll, benefits, and statutory requirements, while ensuring alignment with local regulations.
- Partner closely with Finance, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting, audits, and budget support.
- Maintain Employee records, prepare HR-related reports and presentations, and address employee queries in a timely manner.
- Contribute to regional HR projects and initiatives, focusing on process harmonization, operational efficiency.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- A minimum of a Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, quick learner, and process driven.
- Strong expertise in Excel and generating reports.

Position Summary
This is an on-site role for a Human Resource Analyst at Native in Singapore. The Human Resource Analyst will be responsible for tasks such as HR management, recruiting, benefits administration, HRIS utilisation, and utilising analytical skills to support HR functions. In this role, you’ll assist with data collection, reporting, and project management for HR initiatives, coordinate recruitment tasks, and support onboarding and offboarding in collaboration with the Operations Team. You’ll help manage payroll processing, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with HR policies. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced environment, contributing to both employee engagement and overall organisational growth.
Job Responsibilities

Aid in managing payroll processing, updating employee records, and overseeing regular working arrangements, ensuring all activities comply with HR policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
- Previous experience in Fintech, Trading, or Exchange companies is essential.
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, with exposure to dynamic HR operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in HR operations, including payroll management, employee relations, recruitment, and compliance.
- Familiarity with HR technology such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and collaboration tools like Slack.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation, reporting, and decision-making.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (additional language proficiency will be an advantage).
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Skilled in multi-tasking and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders.
