What The Day Will Look Like
Create content for client Workshops and FGDs during a consulting assignment.
Conduct data analysis and provide insights from the data collected.
Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in the data collected, to be able to use data to build business case and demonstrate an ability to structure a presentation with the relevant insights.
Work with senior consultants and other internal stakeholders to develop reports.
Support senior consultants in building presentations for clients.
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
Support Senior resources with logistics and project management activities for client communities (e.g.: AMEA SSC).
Assist in key areas of firm research.
Support marketing events, sponsored round tables, including conducting client research, building target client lists and active solicitation.

Relevant experience (e.g., Job Redesign, Organization Effectiveness) in a consulting environment.

POSITION SUMMARY
- Provides assistance and support to Director, Human Resources for compensation and benefits and other human resources functions for Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Jakarta Customer Engagement Center.

- Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables. Review, verify, and reconcile punches, hours worked, pay adjustments, and other pay-related information, and post information onto designated records.
- Compute employee wages and deductions and enter wages and deductions into payroll system. Provide information to employees and managers/supervisors on payroll matters, tax issues, benefit plans, and collective bargaining agreement provisions. Complete batch adjustments to payroll.
- Conduct benchmarking, salary surveys and internal equity reviews to maintain competitiveness.
- Handle employee exit processes including resignation, termination, and retirement procedures, ensuring all formalities are completed.
- Review and update the Employee Handbook and HR policies to ensure alignment with company policies and government regulations.
Administer employee benefits and leave management systems (including government paid leave claims).
Oversee employee benefits programs (health, insurance, wellness, etc.) ensuring competitiveness and cost efficiency.
